They tested with us
From Lausanne to Zurich, in French and German, on a live website or a prototype: discover how our user testing helped clients make better decisions.
Cinémathèque Suisse
Making a rich programme easier to explore
What we tested
Searching for films and showtimes, browsing the programme and buying tickets, with 9 participants aged 18 to 65, including customers and non-customers, on mobile and desktop.
What we discovered
Users found the navigation smooth, and everyone successfully bought tickets. But most misunderstood terms like “cycle” and “event,” making it harder to access content they greatly appreciated once they found it.

VINOS
Adapting an online shop to the expectations of the Swiss market
What we tested
Exploring the selection, choosing a wine, placing an order and building trust in the brand, with 5 wine buyers from German-speaking Switzerland taking part in remote tests with real purchase intent.
What we discovered
An appealing offering and an easy-to-use shop, but a visual style and promotional messaging that could undermine perceptions of quality, as well as questions about the shop’s location and customs fees that needed clarification to build trust.
Result
Practical recommendations for aligning the brand image, promotions and key information with Swiss shoppers’ expectations.
Retr'aide
Validating an app concept before development
What we tested
A semi-functional prototype (calendar and shared tasks, assistant, services), tested with 5 participants: informal caregivers and one person receiving care, recruited according to specific criteria.
What we discovered
A concept that was very well received (recommendation score of 8.5/10) and reduces mental load by bringing everything together in one place, but also points to clarify: sometimes misleading wording and icons, difficulty assigning tasks among caregivers, and a need for flexible deadlines.

Prioritised recommendations and new feature ideas to consider before investing in development.
